The sud divisional library was established on Nov. 1986 and was functional from the community centre, Sector-07, Panchkula

The library occupies a rented building at Bal bhawan,Sector-15,Panchkula.Before that it was operational for sometime at Dc offic.The library is on the Ist floor of the building.
