This Conference on “Urban Catharsis: The Psycho-Moral Cleansing Effects of the Literatures in English” is being held for two purposes- first to make a sincere attempt to encourage the scholarly research and aesthetic study of English literature, focussing of situations, characters or incidents to highlight the social, spiritual and moral values of the story to make a positive impact on the reader. The second objective is to appreciate works which for this very purpose employ this therapeutic modality and also to award and appreciate such works towards human welfare. All are invited to join this noble opportunity to five in the ocean of English literature to appreciate the humanitarian values of Literature.
