Sub:- Delay in supply Against Order Ref. No. 3120665300033112 & Booking No. 359879 dt. 30-01-2012
Dear Sir/Madam, I Babu Ram S/o Sh. Harprasad, R/o Village- Rundhi, Post - Deeghot, Teh.&Distt.-Palwal, have a gas connection under copy no. 504224. I have booked my refill on dt. 30/01/2012 against booking no. 359879 & Order ref. no. 3120665300033112. But from last weak I am trying to get my cylinder but they are not responding and saying that your cylinder booking has been cancelled by us and it will rebooked by us on dt. 11/02/2012 and it will be deliver in next month. I want to know that how can they cancelled our booking and I want to know that how much time would be take by the agency to deliver a refill. They are deliver cylinder in black in our village at the cost of Rs. 700 to 750 to per cylinder but the booking by us not delivered. I request to you please take a necessary action against these blackers and oblige. I shall feel most grateful for it.
