Kalesar Forest, Yamunanagar


Kalesar Forest is the beautiful Sal tree forest in the shivalik hills. This is paradise for the wildlife lovers. It is situated in Yamuna Nagar .

Kalesar Forest is located 150 km away from the Chandigarh. This forest mainly contains Sal trees in Shivalik Hills. It is situated in the eastern part of Yamuna Nagar . It has a 100-year-old colonial dak bungalow from which you can see sweeping view of the Yamuna River. It is surrounded with multi-layered gardens.

Flora and Fauna at Kalesar Forest


Kalesar Forest has large variety of Flora and Fauna. Mainly the forest has sal trees and Khair, Shisam, Tun, Sain & Amla.

This forest has wild animals also here you can see tiger, leopards, panthers, elephants and other animals.
