For In-service candidates in permanent employment with Central/State Government and Universities with three years continuous service in the relevant field of specialisation having Master's degree for Ph.D. and Bachelor's degree for Master's Degree programmes in the relevant area with 60 percent marks (55 per cent marks for SC/ST candidates) or equivalent GPA.
