Eligibility criteria: To apply for HPSC Recruitment 2011 for Civil Judge (Junior Division) in Haryana Civil Service candidate must have holds a degree of Bachelor of Laws from a University established by the law and approved/recognized by the Bar Council of India.
Age: Candidate should not be less than 21 years and not more than 40 years as on 20.07.2011.

How to apply: The application form (OCR Sheet) along with necessary instructions, acknowledgement card and an envelope for sending application is obtainable from the office of Haryana Public Service Commission, Bays No. 1-10, Block - B, Sector - 4, Panchkula on cash payment at the counter from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM and 2.00 PM to 4.00 PM on all working days.

The application form (OCR Sheet)can be obtained through post from the Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission, Bays 1-10, Block-B, Sector-4, Panchkula, (Phone:0172-2560755) by remitting the fees as stated above through Indian Postal Orders or Bank Drafts (from any branch of Scheduled Bank of India) payable to the Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission at Panchkula with self addressed envelope of 24x11 cm. size duly stamped worth Rs. 50/- for registered post at least 10 days prior to the closing date.

Application Fee:
• For Male Candidates of General category including Dependent Son of ESM of Haryana and for Male/Female candidates of General/all reserved categories of other State is Rs. 1000/-, colour of application form will be pink.

• For Female Candidates of General category including dependent (Female) of ESM of Haryana Only is Rs. 250, colour of application form will be orange.

• For Female Candidates of General category including dependent (Female) of ESM of Haryana Only is Rs. 250, colour of application form will be green.

Please send the duly filled application form to the Commission's office at Bays No. 1-10, Block-B, Sector-4, Panchkula by post or by personal delivery by close of office working on or before the closing date i.e. 20.07.2011 (27.07.2011 for applicants from forward remote areas)

Selection procedure: The selection of suitable candidates for appointment in HCS (Judicial Branch) will be made by holding an examination. The examination shall be conducted in three stages namely.

(i) Preliminary Examination,
(ii) Main Examination,
(iii) Viva-Voce.
