About Zakir Rose Garden
Zakir Rose Garden was established in 1967 and this is Asia's largest rose garden situated in India. The renowned garden was named after the third president of the India, Dr Zakir Hussain. With over 50,000 rose-plants belonging to 1600 species, the beautiful garden is spread over an area of more than 30 acres. Here you will find lot of verities of roses and at the competition time all countries lovers come and take part in the rose festival.
During February/March When its annual Rose Festival comes, the exquisite garden becomes one of the greatest celebrations of the city; this is attracting thousands of visitors, huge number of cultural celebrations and competitions amongst the participants that adds glamour to the splendid fest of the beauty of nature. This is the main reason that this is famous in all countries.

The entry is paid type, the entry fee is Rs. 50/-
Visiting time at Zakir Rose Garden: there is no condition for visiting time you can go at any time whenever you are free. Throughout the week, the park remains open.
