Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani is inviting applications for the various vacancies on the deputation basis. To know more about HBSE Recruitment 2011 on deputation basis for various vacancies please read the following article.

HBSE is inviting applications for filling up of following posts by deputation from the Officers/Officials of Government of India or the Government of any State or any Semi Government organization, Public Undertaking, Corporation or University in Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani.

The deputation shall be governed by the terms and conditions contained in the Departments of personnel:

HBSE Recruitment 2011 vacancy details
• Controller of Exam - 01 Post
Pay Scale Rs. 15600-39100-PB-3+GP 8000/-
Eligibility Criteria: To apply for above post candidate must have passed MA / MSc /M.Com in 2nd Class and have 8 years experience as Deputy Director/Deputy Registrar in a University/ Board OR as a Principal in a College OR as Reader.
• Joint Secretary-01 Post
Pay Scale Rs. 15600-39100-PB-3+GP 7600/-
Eligibility Criteria: To apply for above post candidate must have passed Post Graduate with Second division and have 10 years educational / Administrative experience.

• Deputy Secretary-01 Post
Pay Scale Rs. 15600-39100-PB-3+GP 6000/-
Eligibility Criteria: To apply for above post candidate must have A Second Class Master's Degree/LLB Degree (Relaxable in division /class in the case of internal candidates where the record of service is exceptionally good) or have 10 years teaching experience in Senior Secondary School / College as Lecturer.

• Assistant Secretary-02 Posts
Pay Scale Rs. 15600-39100-PB-3+GP 5400/-+200/- Special Pay
Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must have passed a A Bachelor's Degree in second class OR a Master's Degree in second class provided that the condition of division may be relaxed in case of internal candidates where the records of service is exceptionally good or have 5 years experience as Superintendent OR Deputy Superintendent in a University / Examining body conducting public exams.

• Assistant Director-02 Posts
Pay Scale Rs. 15600-39100-PB-3+GP 5400/-
Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must have passed M.A/M.Sc with B.Ed Second division in both preferably M.Ed. Second division or have 5 years teaching experience in a High / Senior Secondary School / College of Education.
