Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is inviting online applications for IBPS Common Written Exam 2012 for recruitment of Officers/Office Assistants in 82 Regional Rural Banks.

2. Group B- Office Assistants (Multipurpose)

Age Limit as on 01-06-2012: To apply for IBPS CWE 2012 for recruitment of Officers/Office Assistants in Regional Rural Banks is as follows:

For Officer Scale- III: Age of the candidate should be Below 40 years
For Officer Scale- II: Above 21 years - Below 32 years
For Officer Scale- I: Above 18 years - Below 28 years
For Office Assistant: 18 years-28 years

Eligibility criteria: Candidate must have following educational qualification to apply for IBPS CWE 2012 for recruitment of Officers/Office Assistants in Regional Rural Banks:

Office Assistant(Multipurpose): Candidate must have Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with Proficiency in local language.

Officer Scale-I: As above

Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Candidate must have Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and have Two years experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.

Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers): Candidate must have Degree in relevant discipline for which he/she wants to apply for with one-two year experience in the relevant field.

Officer Scale-III: Candidate must have Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and have five years experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.

How to apply: Eligible candidates can apply online through IBPS website from 01.06.2012 to 25.06.2012.

Application Fee: Application Fees/Intimation Charges can be paid online or offline.
Officer (Scale I, II & III): Rs. 50/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates and Rs.450/- for all others

Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Rs. 50/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates
and Rs.350/- for all others.

Online fee can be paid through IBPS website using Master/ Visa Debit or Credit cards or Internet Banking by providing information as asked on the screen from 01.06.2012 to 25.06.2012 and Offline fee can be paid any one of the following 6 Public Sector Banks- Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, Central Bank of India, Indian Overseas Bank, Punjab National Bank, United Bank of India from 04-06-2012 to 30-06-2012.
